How do the WhatsApp alerts work?
When a new room matches what you're looking for, we message you on WhatsApp with the key details and a direct link to the agency. Tap a button on the alert, or reply APPLY or SKIP, to act on it right away.
Instant alerts or the hourly digest, which should I choose?
With instant alerts, we message you the moment a room matches, best when you're actively hunting. With the digest, we gather every match from the past hour into one ranked summary, quieter, and easier if you're just keeping an eye out. Switch between them anytime from your profile account menu.
What WhatsApp commands can I use?
The actions you need most sit as buttons on the alert itself, so one tap is usually enough. You can also reply to any Houskey WhatsApp message with: HELP (show the command menu), LISTINGS (your latest 5 matches), APPLY (a ready-to-send message for your latest match), SKIP (dismiss the latest match so we learn your taste), PAUSE 2h (pause alerts for a while, e.g. 30m, 2h or 1d), STOP (pause until you reply START), START (resume alerts), CANCEL (cancel your subscription) and REACTIVATE (undo a cancellation).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. Just send CANCEL on WhatsApp. It stops at the end of your billing period, and you're never charged again.
Do I need an account on the rental sites?
We keep an eye on the listings for you and link you straight to each room. You still apply on the source site as usual, you just hear about it first. Some sites require an account, while others don't.
Which cities does Houskey cover?
The whole of the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, The Hague and Groningen, as well as smaller towns. You choose the areas you care about.
How is the AI match score generated?
Houskey compares every new listing with your preferences, price, location, size, amenities and everything you described in your own words (if available per subscription type), and scores how well it fits so the best matches stand out.
How much does it cost to start?
There are three ways to start. The Trial is a one-time €2.99 for 7 days of access, after which it expires with no renewal and no automatic charge. Or subscribe straight away at full price from day one: Basic is €7.99/month and Premium is €12.99/month, both cheaper on a quarterly plan. You can cancel a subscription anytime.
What does Premium add over Basic?
