Some agencies don't say whether a home is furnished. Those listings are now labelled "Not stated", and each search has a switch for whether you want alerts for them.

One search can now cover several property types, for example a studio or a flat.

Each search now shows how many new matches to expect. If it is too narrow to ever fire, we tell you which filter is holding it back, and we never suggest a change that would cost you a match you already get.

A free page with the median asking rent, price per m² and size in each city, measured from the listings we collect ourselves.

We now check that a listing is still online before alerting you, so you are no longer sent rooms the agency already took down.

You can now sign up and log in with your Google account. We still ask for your phone number, because that is where your alerts go.

Every alert now carries its AI match score, so you can tell a strong fit from a maybe without opening anything. Listings that arrive without a description are scored on price, location and size.

Dismiss a match on your dashboard, or reply SKIP in WhatsApp, and listings like it score lower from then on. Your preferences stay exactly as you set them.

We now email you 48 hours before your access ends, so you do not miss a listing because your plan quietly lapsed. Done searching? Ignore it and access ends on its own.

We tightened what reaches you. Listings that are not homes, like parking spots and storage boxes, are filtered out, and listings that never say what they are get classified from their description instead of being guessed at.

Delete your account from your settings, no email to support needed. Your details, preferences and match history are erased for good. Paid invoices stay, because Dutch tax law says they must.

Every new listing is now scored against your preferences before it reaches you, so the best fits stand out. Houskey reads each listing (price, location, size, and amenities like a balcony, parking or a registered address) and matches it to what you asked for. Fewer mismatches, less scrolling, faster decisions.

Manage your alerts right from the chat. Reply PAUSE to mute them for a set time, SKIP to pass on a listing, CANCEL when you have found a place, and REACTIVATE when you start searching again. Reply HELP any time to see your options. Prefer the web? You can do all of this from your dashboard too.
